Leader Overview

As a leader committing to the Growth Group Challenge, you will be serving in a leadership position this semester. This is a tremendous opportunity for personal growth and leadership opportunity for you. We believe it will help you know Christ at a deeper level and equip you to make Christ known. Having said all that, this is an opportunity that requires a high level of commitment.

General Expectations

• To walk deeply with Christ this semester.

• Attend the Legacy Conference in Chicago, on August 31st from 9am-9pm.

•  Attend Weekly Meetings: Every Tuesday from September 10th to November 19th, 5pm-7pm at the JST Event Center.

•  Leader’s Retreat: Get ready for a fun packed weekend with other students throughout the U.S. in Memphis, Tennessee from September 27th-29th. Travel, rooming and attendance to a University of Memphis football game included! 

• Mentorship: Meet with your staff mentor weekly at a time that fits your schedule best.
