THE CODE LEADERSHIP COHORT

Good leaders are a much needed resource in our world but unfortunately they are also a rare commodity. Our hope is to invest in up and coming young leaders as they seek to impact their communities and those they influence. The goal of The CODE Leadership Cohort is to provide hands on leadership opportunities to up and coming young leaders who are serious about making an impact. The next generation of leaders are the answer to many of the world’s issues and problems. They are also the catalyst to many of the world’s next breakthroughs and creative solutions. The CODE Leadership Cohort seeks to help empower, equip and export leaders in order to maximize their potential and influence.

Overview

The CODE Leadership Cohort (CLC) selects the top leaders of each CODE Class to further invest in their leadership during the Spring Semester. Each Cohort leader will have the opportunity to attend monthly leadership seminars, be paired with a mentor who is a professional in the city, take part in leading the upcoming CODE Class, and attend a Spring Break Trip in Orlando Florida. Don’t miss the chance to grow in your leadership and have a ton of fun in the process!

Expectations

  • Attend all Monthly Cohort Meetings

  • Meet with your Cohort Mentor at least twice in the semester

  • Attend the Spring Break Trip in Orlando, FL

  • Participate in the planning and execution of CODE 2022

The Cohort is not just about leadership but about building a family of leaders who lead and grow together.
